Marketron Engage
Marketron Engage enables secure communication, negotiation and electronic document exchange between media buyers and sellers. Through Marketron Engage, buyers and sellers “speak the same language” – internal systems are no longer an obstacle to successful electronic negotiations. Marketron Engage takes data from the buyer’s system in the format it prefers, translates it and delivers it to the seller in the format that its system requires and vice versa. This occurs as many times as is required to complete a transaction. Marketron Engage operates securely and accurately, maintaining an auditable record of each step.

No data standards required for internal sales/agency
systems. Marketron Engage translates documents from one system’s
format to another. Plug and play architecture enables flexibility in file
formats.
- No predetermined
and fixed workflow. Marketron Engage users can jump in at any phase of the conversation.
It is not required for a buyer to first send an RFA so the seller can respond
with an avail.
- Flexibility to implement different business rules. Each company has its own way of doing business. The Marketron Engage architecture provides
the flexibility to implement each client’s business rules.
- No
external web page visits, no database validation required and no separate email
messages. Marketron Engage behaves as an add-on to your existing system,
streamlining your workflow. Your users do not need to rely on a separate email
program, create a separate email message with attachments or visit a new web
page to initiate or respond to requests, negotiate and transact business.
- Secure. Marketron Engage ensures that security and privacy requirements are fulfilled at both the
architectural and implementation levels.
- Easy implementation of changes. Changes are a fact of life. Marketron Engage responds to the majority of changes by replacing
only the aspect of the software needing adjustment, typically requiring no
down time.
