We are growing our business and have immediate openings for successful Account Executives. Candidates should be experienced with Enterprise Level software sales and business development; plus have demonstrated the ability to sell at senior levels in top-tier companies.Summary:
Successful candidates will be well versed with consultative sales skills sets, will inspire confidence, and will have a strong self-motivation to control their destiny in a highly visible, performance oriented environment.We are looking for a highly energetic, self-starter, who is able to multi-task activities with shifting priorities. The candidate will possess excellent telephone sales personality skills and be able to excel in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development or sales with a demonstrated ability to understand client needs, and the ability to work with the client strategically to meet those needs
- Proven ability in developing and accomplishing a regional lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding monthly and annual targets
- Be able to identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start the sales process
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple resources in order to achieve sales objectives
- Outbound and inbound account management, including maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization
- Provide effective product demos for end-user clients
- Experience working directly with clients on changes to their orders and communicating the changes internally with the related departments
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with high integrity and professionalism
- Enthusiastic about our company and be quota and compensation driven
- Must have strong computer skills including, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Salesforce.com, and the ability to learn and use back-office support systems
- Media Industry experience is a plus
